A YOGA VIRTUAL RETREAT THIS SUNDAY Greetings Everyone and Happy Tuesday! I just wanted to share that I will be participating as the guest chef (and leading a cooking demo) for the Yoga Infinitum Self-Ease Virtual Retreat this coming Sunday, February 1st, 2026 @ 9:00am - 1:00pm. The Self-Ease Virtual Yoga Retreat is a half-day pause designed to help you replenish what’s quietly depleted. Through grounding, yoga and intentional rest, we’ll create space for your body to settle and your energy to return. We will also prepare a clean, nourishing meal together — because self-care is practical, accessible. You leave feeling rested, restored, full and better resourced for what life is asking of you.
