The Great Lock-in -- Are You In?

THE GREAT LOCK-IN -- ARE YOU IN?

Happy Fall Equinox Y'all!

We are still riding the wave of excitement from our hydration challenge! The Address Your Thirst First Hydration Challenge just ended on September 21st. Big congrats to the amazing job that our Hydrators did in drinking more water and leveling up their self-care. I know for sure that we have more work to do in this area. We are out here and we need each other. Many of us are working hard to figure things out on our own but we need community.

So I am asking, are you ready to lock in?

There is an interesting challenge floating around on social media (specifically TikTok) right now that I actually think is pretty amazing about this very thing! It's called the Great Lock-in of 2025. It starts from September through December 2025 and the entire purpose of the challenge is to really focus in on the goals that you have for yourself as we enter the last quarter of the year.

This The Great Lock-in involves looking inward at self and figuring out what specific goals you want to accomplish between now and the end of the year, what routines you want to start, what area of discipline you need to develop, what new habits you need to have to support your healing journey. It is all beginning the work around your personal transformation. The Great Lock-in encourages self-awareness and you working on One Big Goal from now through the end of the year.

I am inviting you to Lock-In with us. We are going for another round of the Hydration Challenge (Cycle 4) from November 1-21st and I would love for you to join. Please join the waitlist to get updates on when doors are open. The work that we did in the Hydration Challenge is more than just drinking more water. It is really all about identifying the aspects of your lifestyle that you can get a handle of and work to elevate. Let's get ready to lock-in in November. Join the wait list.

So I am curious, have you heard about the Great Lock-in and if so, what are your thoughts about it and what goals do you want to work on until the end of the year? Hit reply and let me know, I read every email.

BEWELL TIP:
STAY CALM, FINISH STRONG

We chase our goals hard at the end of the year—finishing projects, meeting deadlines, closing loops. But often, that push comes with hidden costs: tension in the body, restless sleep, or feeling “on edge.” We tell ourselves it’s just part of being productive.

But here’s the truth: success doesn’t have to equal stress. Your body and mind can reach goals while staying calm, clear, and steady. Stress is not the price you have to pay for achievement.

Signs You’re Overextending
If you notice yourself constantly multitasking, skipping breaks, or filling your calendar until there’s no space left to breathe, your nervous system may already be on high alert. Stress can also show up as late-night snacking, cravings, or a sense of burnout even when you’re meeting your goals. These are signals that your body is working harder than it should just to keep up.

🌸 Simple Ways to Rebalance

  • Choose one non-negotiable stress relief practice—like journaling, meditation, or stretching—to lock in daily.
  • Work in focused sprints with mini pauses to reset your mind and body.
  • Protect your boundaries—say no to what doesn’t serve your bigger picture.
  • Nourish yourself with grounding foods like whole grains, leafy greens, and root vegetables to support calm energy.
  • Celebrate progress along the way instead of only focusing on the finish line.

🌈 The Big Picture
When you allow space for both ambition and self-care, your journey toward achievement shifts. You don’t just reach your goals—you enjoy the process along the way. That balance of calm and clarity is what helps you finish the year strong, without sacrificing your well-being.
