Immune-Boosting Spice Blend

The back-to-school and back-to-work season often brings long days, busy schedules, and more exposure to germs. Support your immune system naturally with this warming, aromatic spice blend. You can stir it into tea, sprinkle on roasted veggies, or add to soups for a nourishing boost.


🌿 Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp dried echinacea (ground)
  • 1 tbsp dried elderberry powder
  • 1 tbsp astragalus powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp ground cloves (optional, for extra warmth)

🌱 How to Make

  1. Combine all ingredients in a clean, dry glass jar.
  2. Stir well or shake until evenly mixed.
  3. Store in a cool, dark place for up to 2 months.

  • Stir 1/2 teaspoon into warm water or tea with honey.
